There is no set limit on tickets per neonatal service, but please discuss attendance as a team to ensure equitable opportunity across the MDT.

A limited number of bedrooms have been reserved at the venue and are available at a preferential rate when booked directly with the hotel. These bedrooms will be available to book until 15 May 2026 and can be booked online here, or by emailing reservations@cadburyhouse.com and quoting South West Neonatal. Alternative accommodation options are also available locally.

Workshop booking
If you have secured an in-person ticket, you will be able to book onto workshops from midday on 24th April. Please see the full programme for workshop details.
On Day One, two small workshops are running and can be pre-booked here.
One Day Two, all delegates will move into a series of workshops at two points in the day - all delegates are asked to book here for their preferred topics.
