Share your feedback
Hearing families’ experiences of neonatal care is so important to help us improve and develop neonatal services in our region. We share your experiences and feedback (always anonymously) with neonatal staff and medical professionals as a valuable learning and monitoring tool, and as a way of celebrating the successes.

Please note, we are unable to reply to you about your feedback. If you would like to discuss your experience please contact the neonatal unit directly or your local Maternity & Neonatal Voice Partnership. If you would like to make a complaint, please contact your hospital’s Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS).
What happens to your feedback?
When you submit feedback using the online form, it is received by the South West Neonatal Network team. Your feedback is anonymous, so we do not know who you or your baby are.
Each month, we share feedback reports with neonatal units across the region. Staff review the feedback with their governance teams to identify learning and make improvements for future families.
Your feedback is also shared with local Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnerships (MNVPs). They use this information to understand what is working well and where care and support could be improved for families in their area.
The South West Neonatal Network also reviews feedback from across the region to help us identify priorities and support improvements in neonatal care.
If you need a little more time to reflect on your neonatal experience before sharing your feedback, complete this form and we’ll send you a reminder in a few months time.
Your personal information will not be shared outside of the Network team. For more information contact georgina.french@uhbw.nhs.uk
