    Cash machines situated next to Conservators Ward in the Queens Building and next to the M&S Food outlet in the Jubilee concourse.

    M&S Cafe: Jubilee concourse, offers hot and cold lunchtime options including sandwiches, snacks and meals to eat in the café or to takeaway.  Jubilee concourse. Opening hours: Mon to Fri 7am to 7pm. Sat and Sun 9am to 5pm

    Costa Coffee: Duchess Building Opening hours: Mon to Fri 7am to 7.30pm.  Sat and Sun 9.30am to 6.30pm           

    Warren’s Bakery: Outside the Jubilee building next to the Pals and Complaints bungalow, and facing the green outside the Jubilee Concourse. Warrens stocks a range of cakes, pastries, pasties, paninis and sandwiches, freshly made salads and a salad bar, breakfast bar and daily hot meals Concourse. Opening Hours:  Monday- Friday 7am – 4:30pm Saturdays and Sundays 7:30am – 2:30pm 

    Vending machines: for hot and cold food and drink at various locations.

    League of Friends Shop: sells a wide variety of goods including snacks, toiletries, stationery and groceries.  Duchess Building. Opening hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am to 8pm. Sat and Sun 2 – 4pm.                 

    Tesco Supermarket: Wellington Road (8 minutes’ walk).Opening Hours: Mon to Sat 6am to midnight  Sunday 10am to 4pm

    Washing and drying service on the Neonatal Unit for is available for resident parents

  • Religious and Spiritual Support

    Chaplaincy team are dedicated to meeting the spiritual needs of our patients, their carers and families. Our team of chaplains and volunteers provides spiritual care across the hospital. The Chapel at Musgrove Park Hospital is on level 1 of the Duchess Building, opposite Dunkery and Triscombe Wards. It is open to all 24 hours a day, provides a centre for spiritual life and you are welcome to use it for quiet reflection.  Chaplaincy Services supporting all denominations

  • Parent and Family Liaison Services

    Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) is a free and confidential service that is here to help when you need advice, have concerns or don’t know where to turn. Our aim is to agree the best way forward to deal with a problem and get it resolved quickly – if possible on the spot . Block 51 outside the Jubilee building next to Warren’s Bakery. Open: 08.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday.

  • Interpreting Services

    Interpretors are available for sensory impairment (ie British Sign Language) or for those whose first spoken language is not English. We have arrangements in place for supporting both face-to-face and telephone-based interpretation and the translation of written information.
