  • General Amenities

    Cash point: In the Atrium and Hospital Shop 

    Free WiFi: is available on all of our wards, to all visitors and patients visiting our hospitals.

    Pharmacy:  Open Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm Saturday: 10.30am - 1pm (closed to outpatients) Sunday: 10.30am - 12.30pm (closed to outpatients)

  • Refreshment Facilities

    Foster's Restaurant: serves a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks from menus designed by our on-site chefs. Foster's is open from 7.30am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday and 8am - 2.30pm at weekends. Located on the ground floor of the Tower Block.

    Costa Coffee: serves usual Costa ranges and is open from 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm on Saturdays and 11am - 6pm on Sundays. Located in the main atrium entrance.

    Amigo: serves coffee other drinks and snacks in the concourse, Tower Block entrance. There is also an Amigo shop in the Atrium main entrance.

    Vending machines: these are available in a range of locations across the hospital.

    Book Plus: Atrium, Main Entrance. Christian Bookshop selling books, CDs , DVDs and Cards.

  • Religious and Spiritual Support

    Chaplains are appointed by the Trust to provide spiritual, pastoral and religious care to the whole hospital community so whether you are a patient, a carer, or member of staff we are here for you. Support is provided in a sensitive, open and confidential manner.

    Christian Morning Prayer is shared in the hospital chapels Monday to Friday at 9:00am and Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday at 8:30am.

    Muslim Prayers are held on Fridays at 1:30 pm in the Gloucester Prayer Rooms and the Cheltenham Chapel.

  • Parent and Family Liaison Services

    PALS will help answer your questions about our hospitals and your healthcare, provide impartial information on a range of issues, respond to your queries and concerns and aim to propose resolutions to meet your needs and those of your families and carers.
