Our aim as a multi-disciplinary team is to provide high-quality family-centred care, to meet the individual needs of each infant and his/her family.  We respect, encourage and support parents to participate in all aspects of care to enable their infant to reach optimal health and well being.  We recognise the need for parents and staff to work in partnership in care and through effective communication and mutual trust.
