Network Structure and Governance

The South West Operational Delivery Network has a formal governance and accountability structure (see diagram opposite). Mechanisms are in place to ensure the regular reporting to NHE England on the impact of the network on the delivery and outcome of neonatal services across the region.

Parent and Family Representation in the Governance Structure

As a network we are committed to working in partnership with parents and families to deliver, develop and improve neonatal services across our region. The parent voice is embedded within our governance structure with representation from our parent advisory group at all our Executive meetings and on Service Reviews.  In addition our parent advisory group scrutinise and feedback on regional guidance, workplans and policies and we open all our meetings with a Neonatal story.
