I have worked for the South West Neonatal Network Team for over 5 years and have progressed from Data Analyst to Programme Manager allowing me to focus on specific team initiatives and priorities such as reducing avoidable term admissions to neonatal units (Atain).

Prior to working for the SW Neonatal Network I completed a PhD in Public Health at the University of Bristol and gained over years experience as a Senior Research Assoicate managing academic research projects exploring topics such as environment influences on health behaviours and assoications between children's physical activity and health outcomes.

In 2013 my daughter was born requiring a short stay in special care.  I now feel very priviledged to use my project management and analysis skills to support the work of the South West Neonatal Network.
